Guest guest
Hi I hate to hear that your is still having so much trouble. I have only been lurking every now and then so some one may have already answered/commented on s joint pain. In previuos years adults with cf have told me that they get joint pain when ever they have an infection, so they know even if the signs aren't prevalent to be on the look out. I also have a friend whose son has had a form of arthritis which is associated with cf. This started in his early teens and he is now 17 and has it under control most of the time. He is on a regime of anti inflammatories and pain meds. I know this isn't very good news but I thought it may help. It took my friend years, literally, to get the doctors (here and in Melbourne)to confirm that it is arthritis. Lots of good thoughts are being sent your way.
