Guest guest
Sounds as though the NHS is a good system and I'm glad that it is there for you as well as your private. When it comes to insurance I am pretty much in the dark. I have excellent coverage with my husband and he is in a union so it is very good as long as I stay married. Well wants me to go back to Ohio and have the tp/ict asap. I guess the way things have turned out it is the best thing to do. I went by my unit this morning and had a pleasant visit. I was told that because I didnot get to do my 2 weeks notice that it may be detremental when I go to reapply for another position later on. When I went to my supervisor and told her I felt I needed to resign due to my healt, her exact words were " fine leave now, just leave " . I told her I had planned on at least finishing the week and she took me out to the front desk where the schedule book is opened it and said, " we dont need you " and told me to write a handwritten note that I resigned. Right there in from of everybody, pts, families and all walks of staff. I was shocked in tears and left immediately. Now my friends are telling me I need to report her and get with human resources and fix it. But if I tell on her she will give me a bad recommendation later on. Quite a quandry dont you think. I'm not sure, maybe I should get in touch with her supervisor. What do you think. Do bear in mind that this woman and I have never gotten along. When is the EUS? Did they tell you yet, good Lord that would drive me nutz. Hope its soon, get it over with. Love Chrissy
