Pseudocyst / enzyme relationship

Hi

I know that you can have CP with normal amylase and

lipase....and that you can even have flares or superimposed AP

with normal enzyme levels in those that are more advanced with

CP......But, does anyone know if you can have a pseudocyst with

normal levels of amylase and lipase? Are there any blood tests

that would indicate a need to look for a pseudocyst?

The literature that I have scanned seem to say that pseudocysts

are accompanied by abnormal enzymes but we all know how

lierature is not always reflective of real life!

Anyone have any ideas or information about this?
