Guest guest
I know what you mean about the fibro. I too sleep in a waterbed and it is a lifesaver to me. The only way I get relief from the rib cramping is to actually " rub " the ribs back into place. I can also relate to the skin hurting to be touched. I can't even stand for my smallest dog to get on my lap when I am flaring which is constant with the fibro. Hurts too much to have any pressure at all on any part of my body and the fibro fog is sooooo terrible. The best advise I can give you on this and it is what I do constantly is to " take plenty of notes!!! " That's the only way I can function with fibro. W >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> .. Also, my skin hurts when you touch it. Can only sleep in a water bed because of this. Am sure other are worse off. The cramping under the ribs is not an everyday thing thank goodness, but it sure hurts like hell. The way I ease it is to cough.
