Guest guest
Hi everyone, I would like to finally announce I am home and pain free. Do you know how good that feels to say out loud. To all the thanks from Peg and Shirley and many more, helped me to lead my life in the right direction. That to me are my angels from God. If it wasn't for these to loving wonderful ladies I might have been still sick and depressed that there was no hope. But there is hope and his name is Dr. Sutherland, and God. I cant give thanks enough for God being with me the day of surgery. Giving me enough Islet cells for the 2 inches of my pancreas I had left. I wasn't even suppose to have enough Islets and I some how did and everyone including me was in shock. I think its because I friends from the PAI Site that take time out of there lives to help me and pray for me and the family and friends I have with me here as well. Wow I just feel like the luckiest girl ever, especially to have the best parents alive, who love me so much and would absolutely do anything for me in a heart beat. But I feel God gave me this not to punish me, but to help others in seeking a happy life with this horrible disease. I feel as if I was made to help others not give up and fight and be strong and not let your body fight your mind. And that there is hope in whatever the future may hold for all of us. That I know till the day I die I want to help as many people as I can, just as Peg and Shirley have done for me! And if anyone has any questions at all about the surgery or anything since I am recently the last one who has gotten the surgery. I am taking Insulin but not for long. : ) I'm already on the road to recovery, I think it was because I had the most gorgeous nurse ever... His name was Matt I got pictures for you all lol wait until you see. So when I get my pictures developed I will send you all a picture of us together and me looking like a brick hit me lol. Well it is 1:10 in the morning here, tonight was the first night of me being home. I got so excited coming home that I cant sleep now lol. Well I think its time for me to try again. Good night, or good morning I should say, Write back if you would like... Love Always, Steve & Annette Finocchiaro sasnfinny@...
Guest guest
, it is so nice to know that you are back home and doing well. Keep us informed as to how you do throughout your recovery. Take things slow and easy and don't stress yourself out too much. I've had two major surgeries, so I know how draining it can be just to sit down and be awake at times. Anyways, just wanted you to know that I amd glad you are home and doing so well. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@...
