Guest guest
1. It was not I who decided the chain of events. 2. My son has Cystic Fibrosis which if allowed to follow its natural course he would of perished months after birth. 3. The medical institution by government mandate used technology to prevent a natural event. 4. Action #3 was justified by the population of Canada as we are a people that believe that life is valuable. I agree 5. Action # 3 creates a situation where the family will have burdens upon them that would not exist naturally. 6. without addresses the impact of action 3 a situation where divorce rates are high with families that have CF members are an indication of stress and individual comparison between families without a cf member 7. The odds are higher that a CF child will be raised by one parent. because action 3 was not fully analyzed as to impact on family unit. 8. There will be an increased financial burden on the CF family. 9. Drugs and supplies are provided for CF individual in Canada at a high cost to the health care system. 10. If the standard of living is relatively good for a CF individual I believe that the medical cost is decreased and increased when the standard of living decreases. I have observed the impact on his health. 11. Just wondering and thinking here that something is a bit wrong. Number 4 is the right idea but is this just a baby thing or did we forget about it when they grew out of diapers. We as Canadians allow homeless and maybe forgetting about the ones that are all ready here or the ones we all ready saved. 12. My life would be a whole lot less complex and cheaper and easier if nature ran its course I bet. I like science and believe we should challenge nature but by myself this is a bit challenging. It takes a community to raise a child. Any child with or without CF. Just some thoughts. 13. I will do what I have to to protect and provide for my son as I have made choices for stability quick. My alternative was going with the program. a shelter on the November 20, 2003 where they would of made an exception in the daytime if it was snowing to come in. Just a bed not a room. and a soup kitchen to eat in. That was a choice. I am doing what I have to even incurring ----I owe you--- to do it.
