Hi everyoneIt's been awhile and I apologize for staying away for so long. Hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing fine, busy, and so far, healthy...(praise the Lord). Had my cortisone shot in my shoulder about 2 wks ago and it seemed to have worked well, still some achiness, but physio is helping as well.Hope you enjoy the following, if you've already read this, sorry.take care everyonelots of loving hugsCarmela
