Sensitivities to egg whites - Can I use egg yolks in recipes?

My two boys are sensitive to egg whites. When I pulled eggs out of their diet,

thier BMs became more runny again. Can I cook their recipes with just egg yolks

and get the same results without bothering their sensitivities?
