I fill each muffin slot of a mini muffin pan about half full and bake for 40

minutes. Then I let them cool and take the paper off. Then bake on a piece of

aluminum foil for 10-12 minutes. That is what gets them to be firm.

My kids love them. I have also sprinkled cinnamon on top before baking the

second go around.
