Guest guest
, thank you so much for the kind words, I do have to work at the energy but I am convinced that exercise is what helps me. When I am not able to exercise for some reason I get down very easily, I then have to talk severely to myself to get back on track. But it improves my mood, helps with pain (honest!) and of course helps keep blood sugars and blood pressure under control. I have just been to the rheumy amd he is really pleased with my weight loss. He did the usual checks and I will get the results in a few days. His only current worry is the problem the cholesterol meds are causing. When I went of Lipitor my cpk (I think) levels went down, he changed me to Pravachol, and has checked them again today. Also sed rate, Hb1ac etc. I also gave him some brochures which he thought were excellent. Pulmonologist tomorrow. Love Liz __________________________________________________
