Our insurance compnay, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New England paid for 80% of the cost and we paid for 20%. How can I get my insurance company to pay for the entire 100%? How can I appeal this? My oldest daughter needed a helmet as well and the insurance company paid for it in full back in 2006. (I am aware that I am lucky our insurance co. will pay for any portion, it's just very hard for my husband and I fiancially right now.) Any advice and information would be greatly appreciated!
