" Doctors " may try to discourage you with the comment " It's such a HARD diet to stay on " I'm here to tell you that NOBODY has less will-power than THIS old bat. But when I noticed a remarkable improvement after trying the gluten-free diet for only 3 weeks - I've had NO problem staying " religious " . I'm not a doctor, but I suspect that anyone with compromised digestion is likely to find gluten hard to stomach (pun intended). So, give it an honest try for 1 month - and see if it helps.
