Take care Mayo Trek Hello, everyone!Today is my fourth and (hopefully final) day of diagostic and consultswith the docs @ Mayo...will give a full report when I returnhome....still suffering a bit from the jet lag. I need to remember that I'm not as young as I used to be, and, if I ever travel again to themainland for consults, that I should arrive @ least 2-3 days ahead of myapppointments. On my first day, I woke up at 5 a.m. (which is actually12 midnight Hawaii time) in order to register at 6:30 a.m. (which is 1:30am Hawaii time), and met the rheumy, Dr. Michet, @ 8 a.m. (which is 3 a.mHI time).....needless to say, I was NOT functioning at my best....plentyof brain fog.....<grin>...more later...Aloha, P.S. ....my prayers will be with you and your docs @ Stanfordthis weekend....Mayo has a patient education center, I plan to go downthis morning and inquire if they'd like some of our RP brochures fortheir patient ed files!DISCLAIMER!!WE ARE NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, THEREFORE ANY INFORMATION THAT IS RECEIVED HERE IS FROM EXPERIENCE ONLY.
