traveling to NYC-where and what to eat

I am travelling to NYC for 3 days and can take a small cooler with a

few snacks, but I will need to eat out most of my meals. I am

currently not eating dairy, eggs, seafood, coconut, and my DS (still

nursing, he is not coming with me)is extremely sensitive to hidden

gluten. I realize these are tough constraints and I know that I will

not be able to follow 100%.

I am taking some baked snacks, a tub of almond butter, some steamed

veggies, and some meat for the first day, but I am not guaranteed to

have a refridgerator.

Any ideas of where to eat and what to order would be great.
