Guest guest
PLEASE remember to trim posts everyone! This particular message had FIVE other messages attached to the bottom of it, including my excessively long one about colloidal silver, which had absolutely nothing to do with iron supplements! I'm not yelling at anyone in particular.... I'm yelling at EVERYONE. (I was up half the night and my coffee has not yet kicked in, so bear with me.) We are a community here.... and we need to be courteous of how clogged up the list may get for people who are receiving the digest form of the list mail. Everybody needs to pitch in and make sure that the ONLY thing hanging on at the end is JUST the clip of info you are directly responding to. If you don't know how to edit, cut and paste, trim, etc. .... e-mail me privately and I'll try to talk you through it. Otherwise, just PLEASE scroll through your reply before you hit send, and check to see what is trailing along at the bottom, without you even realising it! thanks, Patti, exhausted moderator Re:iron supplements for Michele I do eat eggs & meat, & have B12 shots fairly regularly, but still have trouble with my iron levels. I can try not taking it & see what happens. I hadn't taken it for a while & got quite tired again, so I'm concerned if I don't. I don't know why I would be having a problem with the meat & eggs I eat (especially now with SCD; eggs are in so many things) & with the B12 shots... with all my pregnancies I became anemic & needed iron no matter what I ate. Is IBD irritible bowel? I don't have that & take a non constipating form from the health food store. I've never had any trouble so maybe that would mean I'm okay with it? Thanks, Michele Recent Activity a.. 15New Members Visit Your Group
