Guest guest
Hi guys, It's me again! I am in the middle of making yogurt and I went to Elaines website to do a little reading and I came across the yogurt recipe. The recipe on the website talks about using GOAT MILK and PROGURT starter. The recipe in the book says you can use REGULAR MILK and PLAIN, UNSWEETENED YOGURT. I am in the middle of using the recipe from the book. Is that recipe no longer used??? Should I be using goat milk and progurt instead??? I found the Progurt online but I have no idea where in the world I can find Goat Milk. I messed up my first batch of yogurt this afternoon and I was so proud of myself when I got this batch right ~~~ now I'm wandering if this batch is completely wrong too :-( Boy, I'm just having a week full of obstacles.....but I would have never made it through without all of you! I have no problem starting over, I just don't want to give her yogurt that is no good. Thanks for your help (again),
