Guest guest
My goodness I cant believ it will take that long. Thank the Lord you dont need a Heart Cath; you could die waiting. When will you get the result of the biopsies the other day? Is there no way you can have it done earlier. Is there a list that you can put your name on in the event of a cancellation? Is that how it is will all test and procedures done in the UK? We may have a whole butt load of problems with our health care system but its timely. Well for me it is, I am of the fortunate few who have very good insurance. My husband is in a well established union. He's a Longshoreman; I dont know if ya'll have those there, but it is a very strong union. I wish I was doing well, I am taking the demerol around the clock, 200mg will last me about 5 hours so thats not so bad. I hate when it wakes me up though, it takes forever to fall back asleep. Sometimes I'll just wait, or watch TV but my favorite thing to do while waiting is I have a peice of dental floss, clean, that I run along my husbands sleeping face, he makes the funniest faces and actions. I like to tickle his nose expecially, he crinkles it up, tries to rub it, misses, does this little blow thing, cracks me up. He doesn't wake up though even with my laughing. Makes the time pass quickly while waiting for the demerol to kick in. The church ladies sent home dinner again yesterday, roast pork loin, bisquits, macaroni and cheese and salad. I had to taste the pork and macaroni, just to see if it is better then mine, NOT! But it put a hurting on me, and it was just a taste. Well at any rate, my pork would NEVER be that dry...lol. Every Tuesday they send a meal and it is enough for 2 days, no small tasks for a family of 5. My family really enjoys it and cooking is kinda difficult for me right now with the pain and nausea. Shoot just one taste had me in the bed moaning and groaning. I guess I better stick with my popsicles and fat free frozen yogurt. I'm sorry you have to wait so long. Are you in any additional pain? I hope not, Jac. Please take care and know that my thought are and have always been with you. Love, Chrissy > Thanks for your speedy reply, was most welcome.
