Guest guest
Hi Chrissy, I'll wait till this evening to hear ' verdict. Sounds as though it might be a specific " injury " as it came with picking up the milk....naughty girl! Hopefully it's something they'll put right quickly. Orthotics are a sort of insole. These are a kind of arch support, I suppose. They don't go the whole length of the foot, just under the arch. I haven't had them " officially " prescribed by a doc or physiotherapist. It was the lady in the Scholl shop who recommended them for metatarsalgia. I can't wear them just now because it's too hot for anything but sandals....even here in England!! The papers are full of the " heatwave " but it doesn't usually last long. The orthotics would slip out of the back of the sandal under the strap over the heel. You don't see them in ordinary shoes, even quite smart court shoes etc. Lucky you with your lovely daughters! Enjoy that ladies' lunch! Not a pleasure I've ever had with two shopping-hating sons! They tease me unmercifully even about my own shopping! Off to school now; you must be in bed but by the time I go to bed you'll have seen . Good luck! I'll be thinking about you. With love, Fliss
