Walmart and test once a week " . But I always kept putting it off. I

don't know why, but today something just sunk in. I just wanted to

thank all the people on the board who keep posting about this topic

over and over. "

Congratulations! I understand that moment of clarity when I finally

am able to see what has been in front of me time after time. I just

am grateful that our lives have room for neither regret nor shame,

but only the gifts of lessons learned.

It is a lot easier, less expensive, and less complicated if we live

a proactive life based on prevention, early recognition &

intervention.
