HELLO EVERYONE.Hope everyone is doing great..( I am sending prayers to the ones

who are in Peoria hospitals that aren't doing so good right now).well as you all

know I had surgery on march,10 ,04 and so far i have lost 130 pounds.....yes it

is alot and it feels great...i tried my wedding dress on for the first time in

over 6 years and it fits good. and I started to run a couple of days ago and it

feels good to.yes I said running ......good luck to everyone who has surgery

dates and up and coming dates...this surgery is so worth the time and fighting

with the Ins .companies.Hope everyone has a great week and super weekend.by for

now......

Hello all!

I've just arrived back from my holiday in Cornwall. It was great;

good weather, good surf and sea, great walking , spectacular scenery

etc. I felt well most of the time although to-day is one of those

bad days which most of us recognise so well....unfortunately. I

even managed food well. The owner of the hotel turned out to be a

fabulous cook. She adapted everything for my needs and I still had a

superb 5-course meal (very low fat AND gluten-free!!) each evening,

with plenty of choice as well.

I intend tryig to reintroduce gluten this week, as some of you may

know. However, as I'm feeling unwell to-day, maybe it's not the best

time. Do others experience light-headedness, dizziness and nausea?

This is fairly new for me.

I have over 60 e-mails to read so it will take time for me to catch

up on all the posts here. I've just skimmed through so far.

I gather Chrissy is scheduled to have her TP/ICT at the end of

September?

I hope you are all feeling OK and going through good times. I'll be

back when I've read more posts!
