Dear Patti and all,

I would not want anyone to eat it if the are a beginner. So anyone

else reading this, please respect that this is an advanced food. But I

do have a quesiton.

Can you tell me why coconut flour when processed untill it is as

smooth as almond flour is not allowed? Is it what it is made out of,

or just becasue it is fiberous? When I process my cocnut like this it

is no longer that fiberous. But it does take time to do this. Yet will

always respect Elaine's guidelines and fears.

Just wondering.
