Guest guest
Hi Starlet, I'm not gettin' down on YOU by any means. Trust me, one can only eat so much baby food and such. The sugar free popsicles and fat free vanilla yogurt have helped me tremendously. I drink water and Crytal Lite all day long. Once in a while I'll grab just a pinch of something somebody is eating that smells good and I MEAN a pinch. I chew it up really really well and it goes down wet and it REALLY solves the craving. Eat smaller amounts at more sittings and remember from what everybody says, it gets better. In MY vernacular that would equate to " THIS TOO SHALL PASS " in the mean time you are in my prayers and keep up the good work. Warmly, > > > > i am so upset i cannot keep much down... i have > > thrown > > > > up lima beans and crackers and crystal light.. i > > am so > > > > upset.. oh mash potatoas also.. i am getting > > sick of > > > > it.. it hurts my tummy when i do that,,, i am 11 > > days > > > > out of surgery.. any suggestion starlet > > > >
Guest guest
My doctor told me liquid diet for the first two weeks (OMG that starts next week) I just went and bought some s/f jello, s/f pudding, crystal light, s/f koolaid (can I add splenda?) and chicken broth. A friend of mine had this surgery 2 years ago, and she told me to get the chicken broth in the carton. You can just pour out the amount you need and put the carton in the fridge. She also said that it doesn't have that metalic taste of the can. > > i am so upset i cannot keep much down... i have thrown > > up lima beans and crackers and crystal light.. i am so > > upset.. oh mash potatoas also.. i am getting sick of > > it.. it hurts my tummy when i do that,,, i am 11 days > > out of surgery.. any suggestion starlet
