Sounds good, where is a pita

bread recipe now?

I make rounds with souffle bread. I'm not sure it's possible to make

bread pockets with quick breads, which is what all SCD breads

are.

Thank you Stacey and Viv,

I made a note on my recipe as to source – in case I post

it again in the future.

It looks like a great recipe -- but folks should be aware that tahini is

generally not advised until some healing has taken place.

Marilyn, do you think souffle

bread could be made

thick enough to slice partway through for SCD

pita bread, or is it just too light and fluffy?

Hmm, worth considering. I'm going to have to make a bunch, hopefully this

weekend, so perhaps I'll try spreading it out to half the distance I

usually do, and see if I can create some pockets.

The trick may be slicing them partially apart without, er, contributing

part of myself to the process!
