Is there anyone else out there eating GF, CF, Eggfree? I'd love to know what

you can eat, what you bake etc. Where can I find a good almond flour? ALl that

is here is Bobs Red Mill and I haven't heard good things about it. How can I

make my own to start? THanks T

Done right, SCD is automatically gluten free, as well as starch free,

SCD can be done casein-free -- there are both casein-free and egg-free

recipes posted at Pecanbread.com.

You can get good almond flour from either Lucy's Kitchen Shop, or

Honeyville.
