I ate cinnamon on everything that you could possibly have cinnamon on when I started but everyone is different.  I'm now pretty much every once in awhile with it.  Sure is good mixed with honey, butter, dccc with eggs in the morning. 

 

I recently read an article on it and in some places, they consider it a drug.  You are limited in daily amounts depending on weight.  It was compared to coumidin, a blood thinner.  You would have to eat a lot to hit that amount.  Also, it seems there are different varieties so what we get in the U.S. may not even be 'real' cinnamon.

 

Of course, anything that aggravates ulcers, inflammation, etc. should be avoided until later.
