What is the difference between these two? I know on the Freeda site they have More-Dophilus powder - which is says has lactobacilli in it - is this lactobacillus? Acidophilus is a type of lactobacillus, just like a german shepherd is a type of dog. There are many different types of lactobacilli (which is just the plural of lactobacillus) but I think acidophilus is the only SCD legal one in supplement form.
