It has not cr*p added to it and tastes phenomenal. This is noramlly very expensive cheese; it's still a little on the pricey side but cheaper than anywhere else, and well worth in, in my view. Costco sells it too, and my local Walmart had Cabot's Hunter's Cheddar, which is pretty sharp and yummy. And as n said, it's really economical. Mara
