Guest guest
, these are ok. Charlene <>< I bought club sode to make soda pop, and I'm unsure as to its legality on the diet. I checked the BTVC website and saw that club soda is legal, but when I checked the specific ingredients, most weren't included in Elaine's legal/illegal list. So, to be sure, would someone advise as to the following: sodium bicarbonate sodium chloride potassium sulfate Thank you! I know that most bars/restaurants carry tonic water (which is illegal), but do they also carry club soda? Thanks! It depends on both the tonic water and the club soda. I've seen some brands which were legal and some which weren't. Guest guest
My latest treat is sparkling mineral water. Maybe they would carry something like that? It's great with just a bit of juice in it. Guest guest
Hey Marilyn- I drink lots of sparkling water/club soda (it just says " carbonated water " on the can)... what is added to some of these that make it illegal? That should be legal. Believe it or not, I've seen cans/bottles labeled with " natural flavors, " which are, of course, illegal. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle

Guest guest
That should be legal. Believe it or not, I've seen cans/bottles labeled with " natural flavors, " which are, of course, illegal. — Marilyn I read somewhere that as long as one thing in those " natural flavors " really is natural, they can label it as such. And of course the most likely natural thing here is going to be sugar!
