drink three protein shakes at day 170 calories each equaling 510 calories and

that isnt bad.. , 20 gams protein, less than 5 grams sugar.. very good drink.. I

do this because i know that i cant eat some things so therefore, at least i know

i have gotten my protein in... i try eating foods, and it just dont taste good

to me anymore... In away that is good, but in a way it isnt.. so as long as i

have my protein drinks in i will eat things i know that will go down easy and so

i wont get that feeling of food being stuck in my chest.. i eat mashed potatoes,

chees wiz, crackers, fruit, salad, chicken stew, chicken noodles, soft foods...

Eating slow is good. After 20 minutes, though, I walk

trying to stick to 3 meals a day because I don't want

to get into the habit of eating more times per

day-isn't that what got us into this mess in the first

place? I also watch how many shakes I drink per day

because I'd rather get my protein calories from real

food versus a shake. Besides, they tend to have a lot

of calories in them. I'm trying to up my shakes to 2

a day to see if the extra protein doesn't kick start

my weight loss more. I'm pleased with my weight loss,

which is -152 in 9 months. Only 48 to go till goal!

Good luck,
