Guest guest Posted June 23, 2010 Report Share Posted June 23, 2010 Hey Gang - I found a coconut milk (at our local Thai food store) with coconut, water, citric acid and sodium metabisulfate (as a preservative) No gums, no sugars!! But what the heck is sodium metabisulfate and more importantly - is it legal? Thanks!!! - UC since 11/2009 SCD since March 2010 - feeling better each week!!!
