I hope this helps! I am sure someone can advise you on the Imuran :)I'm on azathioprine, which is the same as Imuran. While I don't like meds and would rather not be on them, they were necessary in my case and so far have been helping me over humps that the diet alone could not do. I'm also on Imuran and my advice would be to go on it to get better now. The diet is a long term treatment, the medicine is short term until the diet alone can take over.
