christopher carroll here, im from micco florida, had my surgery may 9th 2000

in hartford ct. started about at 790 and im now down to about 300 even. nice

hi bridget,

well my weight loss started great the first year and then slowed for

about a year and then started again, im now to another slow, but i just figure

that i just eat the way im going and keep doing exercise sine now i can do it, i

will be fine and once i can get into see a plastic surgeon, i should be down

under 300 and enjoying life more , just to get ride of the extra skin.

i also tell people that are going for this surgery to learn how to chew

their food very well and also, before surgery go out and buy a baby's plate,

spoon and fork and a sipper cup, before surgery and start eating with that and

drinking with it, that will teach your mind smaller amounts and how to sip your

drinks, it helped me and helped others also. so if their is any other questions
