yes i know about the beef jerky.. I was eating that my 2nd week out without any

problems.. My doc said cheese is good for me, just dont over do it..

you can get the polio string cheese it's made with

part skim milk and they are yuuuuuuuummy!!

yes but that was the only meat i could eat and it had to be the real moist beef

jerky..

great that you were able handle some foods that give you some of the vitamins

where did you get the book?
