Guest guest
, Congratulations on feeling well enought for some trips! It sounds like fun. I don't know anything about yogurt taffy, but you'd be OK to take most any probiotics in pill form with you. A few years ago we had to make a mad dash from WA to TX in an RV for a deathbed visit to my brother. It was the end of July and beginning of August and I think it was 300 degrees. (I don't do heat well.) I always keep my probiotics in the frig, and before we left I had a chat with my doctor about what else should go there on a hot trip. He said any probiotics should be fine for a couple of weeks unrefrigerated. As it turns out I did have frig room for it, but anyhow I think you'd be fine to take a few with you for the trip if you don't master the yogurt taffy. It'd be nice to know I'm getting some probiotics out there, especially nice on longer trips. Anyone know of any probiotic supplements that don't have to be refrigerated? ~
Guest guest
, Thanks! I'm certainly not all better yet, but it's so nice to be back out of the house doing things. Even if I always have to bring my own food. Thanks for that info about what your doc said too. It's nice to know that's an option for a few days at least. ~ , Congratulations on feeling well enought for some trips! It sounds like fun.
