Guest guest
I was on LDN for a few months last year but went off of it because I began taking pain medicine for female issues. I want to start back on the LDN and most likely will this week but I see a lot of people on SCD are on LDN too and have been for quite some time. Can you say, honestly, whether you think the LDN is doing anything? If it is helping, exactly how? Are your bowels better? Less gas?
Guest guest
Crohn's wise, I haven't noticed any difference. I've actually lost tolerance to a few foods that were fine pre-LDN. However, I sleep much better on LDN. When I don't take it, I have a really hard time getting to sleep. My knee pain is gone as well. Those are the only two pluses I've noticed on LDN, but hopefully other things will change for the better with more time.
