Any comments.<<< , just a couple of thoughts. First, the study was done on people with normal digestive tracts. Ours aren't normal anymore, so I would be wary of applying any findings to us. Second, the key to the weight loss that they found was calcium, not yogurt or milk. They happen to have calcium in them, but also lots of sugar/carbs. So we may or may not absorb the calcium from dairy products effectively, but we certainly absorb the sugars from them. Of course, each person has to make their own decision, but I will stick to getting my calcium from supplements and continue to avoid the milk.
