Guest guest
Jae I started exercising around week 3, but I kept it VERY light. I walked instead of jogging, and I lifted very light weights. I did this every other day compared to every day prior to surgery. My doc said it was okay as long as I took it easy. Your body will let you know if you can't handle it. I couldn't do cest presses or crunches because laying on my back put stress on my jaw. Strange, but true. > Hey everyone, > > I had upper jaw surgery done exactly one week ago and I feel about 80% > normal right now which is far better than what I had expected. Guest guest
Jae, I can't help with your question ... I just wanted to jump in and say " yay! " ... I'm glad to hear how well you are doing. I hope it continues for you. Carol > Hey everyone, > > I had upper jaw surgery done exactly one week ago and I feel about 80% > normal right now which is far better than what I had expected.
