THANK YOU SO MUCH - You are all wonderfully helpful and so encouraging.

I wanted to post that two weeks into SCD I feel more energy, I feel stronger (at

the gym), I feel clearer in the head, more settled emotionally and HAPPIER.

Hope at last :-)

Other posts have mentioned how difficult it is to keep motivated. Here is what

worked for me. I had photos on my cell phone of my BMs prior to SCD (mushy,

floating, thin, loose and lots of it). I also have a photo of my BMs after

being on SCD for only one week (formed, sunk, one thick long one). Yea!

I remind myself that the pre-SCD BM's show me that I was not absorbing nutrition

from my food - so, I may be somewhat restricted on SCD - but I am getting the

nutrition and hence, feel so much better.
