Good luck tomorrow. When my file went up for review I expected a denial too.

And just like you I was ready to fight however hard I had to. Hopefully you

will be approved and the fight will be over. Good luck and keep us posted.

and Dora,

I went as far as got thru my pre op on Friday the

13th, my insurance denied my surguery the 6th and

decided to not to mail the letter till the 12th and i

did not get it till the day after my pre op. The doc

who gave me the first referral did not look at my

history and family history, so that was not included

in my packet. So now my dr is now looking thru my

medical record with a fine tooth comb, and writting a

letter of appeal. I got an appt tomorrow at 10am. so

now it should be no problem getting approved. If yes

my surgery will be Oct 6th ,
