Hi there girls i am too in the UK and in Kent! Chatlotte where is

your hospital? Mine is in Sidcup.

I am at final stages, just need to make a gap a tiny bit bigger then

waiting to see when my operation is, they said June/July but seeing

as i haven't even met my surgeon to discuss things i would assume it

won't be until i have met him in October?

just thought i'd say hello!

Hi B. What a coinsidence, were obviously at the same hospital, Queen

Maries, hehe. Mabe we have both been there together at some time,

and neva new. lol

Are you with Dr Young and DR Stenhouse?

yes thats where i am! I am with Mr Young, although his assistant is

doing most of the work and he comes over to check things through. I

haven't met Dr Stenhouse, is he the surgeon?

Thanks for your ealier reply, i guess its kinda obvious that i have

to meet my surgeon before my operation date can be set, but I was

told March 18 months ago, then in January i was told June/July and

as I am getting married in September (which i orgnaised round the

operation) i was getting anxious that time was getting a bit fine.

So looks like my partner was right, he said the operation wouldn't

be until after the wedding! Arrghh hope they can take the braces

off........that would really spoil it for me otherwise. I just

can't seem to get any answers to anything, its so busy there and i

do wish Mr young was doing the work as he has such a lovely bedside

maner with others when i've been in there and lets me know what he

is going to do etc. Still i have been told i can speak to him on my

next visit in mid july.

oh so your operation is in July? Ohh how exciting, what are you

Yer, i dont have Mr Young that much eiher, i mostly see Sonal, dunno

if you know her but she is lovely, and i really relate to her, (and

she thinks im funni hehe)

I am having my lower jaw brought forward, and cant wait. Sldnt be

too bad, I HOPE! This site is proving to be a great help to me!!

What are you having done?
