Regarding breakfast: one of my favorite breakfast meals is to take chicken breast + half a raw carrot thinly sliced + a whole avocado + a handful of mixed greens (everything organic) + a some roasted garlic from cooking the chicken and put everything into the food processor. Several pulses later you will have chicken salad that is easy to eat and digest. I have this a few times a week and a nice alternative to eggs. I also juice fresh veggies every morning -- romaine, kale or swiss chard, maybe some dandelion, half a carrot, celery and cucumber -- and have a large glass of green juice. Another option is chicken breast with spaghetti squash with swiss chard and a mix of ghee/EVOO. Hope this info is helpful.
