Guest guest Posted August 25, 2004 Report Share Posted August 25, 2004 i know when i was 2 months post-op i was still very worn out. the things i would always do, would tire me out very quickly. i think you are pushing a little too hard. maybe you should try 3 days a week to start out. your body has gone through a lot in the past 2 months. you can't expect it to be normal and do what you want it to when you want it to. i know you are excited about working out and your weight loss and you want to do whatever you can, but don't overdo it. cut back to maybe 3 days a week and if that's not good enough try 2 days for a little while. you could always alternate too, 3 days at curves and 2-3 days at the track. it's basically trial and error until you feel okay. i started out 2 days a week and worked up to at least 5 now, sometimes 6 days a week. i weight train with my husband and jog 2 miles on the treadmill every day now. but i'm still a little tuckered out at the end of the week, between the exercising, work, daily life, etc. let us know how it's going. in Delaware Lap RNY 3/10/04 261/171/120 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
