Guest guest
Some people phase into it instead of throwing out everything at once. It probably depends on financial status/kids/hubby, etc. You aren't really expected to totally redo the kitchen in the beginning, it takes time to buy food processors, yogurt makers, spices, etc. Just whatever you can do at the time and yes, the sooner the better but you shouldn't worry about it with the way things are if you take some time to get it all SCD-ready. You could also pick up some Perrier (plain) or sparkling mineral water to go with the grape juice for a 'coke'. It's kind of nice to have a fizzy drink that's legal ;-). Debbie41cd Yep, I had to do the same thing but in the end it was well worth being healthy!!!Check out www.lucyskitchen.com for legal calcium, multivitamin, and B vitamins. I have other nutritional products that may be illegal as well such as spirulina. I guess that I'll have to empty out my cupboards of all vitamins, etc that have illegals. It will be a big loss of money, but I have been suffering so long with all these terrible food intolerances and digestive complaints, that I think it will be worth it. > > Take care,> June> > P.S I am going to the store for gelatin and grape juice after work!> J>
