Guest guest
Anyone hear from Ceep lately. I know she is one busy person, hope she doesn't forget that we are out here. I have my severe depression under control again. Lexapro is doing great. I am however, gaining weight. I do hope that is only temporary. We tend to skip some postings that are not of interest to us. Then boom we get the problem and have to ask again. Even if I did pay attention, I probably wouldn't remember. I am getting leg cramps. Strangely they are from my shins to my toes, any suggestions, even if they are repeats. Thanks for listening. Guest guest
Hi Fay, Glad to hear your depression is coming under control. It can wreck your world when you feel bad like that and I am glad you are better. I have been using Lexapro also in the liquid form and I feel better as well. I got leg cramps a lot myself and recall Z (I think?) discussing that she got them when she wasn't taking her calcium properly and I determined that every time I ran out of calcium (too lazy to get to the store like I should) I would get leg cramps. I have been all over the calcium pills for several months now and guess what, no leg cramps. Go figure... Hope this helps! R in Nashville > I have my severe depression under control again. I just never had shin to toes cramps that pulled my feet up. Doc had told me to walk on my toes and then my heels. But, it doesn't seem to matter. Guest guest
Fay, I had this same problem several weeks ago. When I really took the time to look at what I was taking, I noticed that I had run out of potassium. I had increased my calcium and that did not work...then took my B12 shot and that did not work. It only stopped after I got new potassium and started back on it. The B12, caclium, and potassium seem to be cramp triggers for me. So, when it happens to me I start looking at those 3 things. Best of luck!
