Guest guest
Fay, Welcome back! No splint and only two elastics! Sheesh! That's terrific. I'm been wired shut and splinted for two months. I'm SO jealous!!! I'm guessing that means that all went well with your surgery? I sure hope so! Happy recovery, Carol > Hi everyone! > > I just got home as we were staying out of town after my surgery. I had > surg. on Friday, and today is Tuesday. Guest guest
Hi! Yes everything went very well. It only took 2 and a half hours to do both upper and lower, with very little blood loss. I was pretty sore last nigh and this morning because I am trying to avoid taking the Demoral. My boyfriend has been absolutely amazing through this. I am trying to think of a way that I can express my gratitude. I am blown away. Have a good day, Carol and I will speak to you soon. Guest guest
Welcome to the otherside Fay!!!! Yeaaahhhh you made it and wow, that surgery was fast. Thank goodness for that. And yes, 3 cheers for amazing boyfriends and girlfriends! Keep up the good recovery but don't be afraid to take the painkillers if you're in a lot of pain.
