Guest guest
Can yeast flare ups cause cold hands, dizziness, and "feeling to vomit" after meal? KarianneSCD 11 months.
Guest guest
Probably not a yeast overgrowth causing these symptoms, more likely a malfunction in your upper GI. While yeast overgrowth can seriously affect your immune system, it usually doesn't have a direct impact on your nervous system (which can cause dizziness and cold hands). It is possible, I suppose, but I would suspect other causes first since you've noticed it occurs after a meal. I experience these symptoms, plus right upper quadrant pain and back pain, after every meal, because I have Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. Actually my whole body gets cold, not just my hands; it is the redirection of energy resources I am assuming. I know my body temperature always drops just before a meal and afterwards for an hour or two. So I have a dysfunctional upper GI which also affects my nervous system (and vice versa) which also affects metabolism and other body systems. All connected. Kim M.
