Yep I can relate...he's spoiled too! He's a rescued pet, thrown out

of a moving truck when he was 6 wks old with a littermate. That one

didn't make it but Buddy did! I found him online...just like my

husband...and he's so cute with big ears and is a bull terrier

dalmation mix. Bullterrier body, black/white with spots like the

dalmations except for his head and ears are black and he's got this

white slice between the eye's down the nose!

Oh man I am so excited!!!! My Sister sent me a gift via Walmart/UPS

and its a food processor!!!! Something I really needed too! It was

just delivered and I am jumping for joy. Now I got to go and write

her a big thanks!!!

Hugs,

> hehehe you are funny ! my pooch does the same shes just

plain spoiled by my kid.

The workbook is just a compilation of different items: pre-op, post-op,

hospital items, shopping lists, pouch rules for dummies, exercises...

Still a work in progress, will post on my site soon and let you all

know it's out there to look at and help add to if you'd like.

El,

How far is too far? I always said I'd never leave my dear ol' San

and look at me now!!! I found my soulmate on Yahoo

personals or rather he found me! It really works you just have to

weed out all the sicko's, perverts and yuckies!! There's always a

diamond in the raw and you can find him if you look really hard.

Just don't give up!!! Sometimes they are right under your nose!

Thanks for the encouragement!! Truly too!!!

Hugs, in AL.

> What a great sister you have. LOL about your rescued pet and

finding your husband on line. I'm waiting for someone to find me a

husband - NY/NJ area will do quite nicely. I do have someone that I

like - but he lives too far away... Keep your chin up g/f. Good

luck with your surgery. Love ya, El

Your a Godsend! There isn't too many who will do that but then

again I was surprised at how many have. My Son wants to start up

a " Wildlife Animal Rescue/Zoo " type facility when he gets out of the

Navy. He was studying Wildlife Management and other animal related

stuff in College. He's offered me a job in the nursery...want to

come and play??

Hugs,

> What i have been known to do is b4 ppl turn their animals in to

the shelter is take them from them. I wait in the waiting room this

way i don't have to pay for the animal i don't understand why ppl

make you pay for pets do we have to pay for humans?

You know I think the ones that we save from a bad place love us even

more. They know what it can be like and they appreciate the love and

attention that we give them.

Mine are rescued too. At one time I had three greyhounds, now it's

one greyhound and a cocker scottie mix. Rescues seem to be grateful

to be adopted.

They are, and they don't forget what you have done for them either.

We have a zoo also at my house.. All of our animals are rescued,

except my snake.. I have two dogs(A rottie/shepard mix, and a beagle-

who was rescued from a barn with 25 other females who were abandoned

from a puppy mill), 5 cats (all rescued either off the street when

they were kittens or from a kill shelter before they died), a guinea

pig and rabbit (from the neighborhood kid who liked to get pets and

then didn't take care of them) and also my prize possession, a baby

ball python.. :)
