The train doesn't say " think I can " or " hope I can " it say's " I know

it can " !!!! Prove to all of us pre-oper's that you all can do this

and it will work!!! Remind us when we get to those ugly plateau's!

Good morning ,

My Tim has boycotted me this morning after my blood sugar was down to 59!!!

He wanted me to drink a glass of orange juice, but I think it'll kill the

protein train and it was so hard yesterday with him eating chilli and so...

Well, I'm still alive. lol

The Hurricane has slowed down to 120 mph - maybe everybody gets lucky??

I sure hope and wish so....
