Yes, there is ephedra free Trim Spa, that is what 2 of my friends take---it

isn't as effective as the version with ephedra, but it still works.

If we believe it works, then it works but only temporarily for us. If there

were truly a miracle pill we Americans would be thinner.

Trim Spa

Sometime ago I saw a diet (capsule, pill?) called Trim Spa mentioned one

this

list. My neighbor would like to try it, ( she

only has a few pounds to lose) but neither she nor I know where

to find it. I have looked in Walgreens but decided not to spend a

lot of time looking until I ask if anyone here knows where it can be

founde.

(Since she has less than 20 pounds to lose I don't feel I can recommend

wls!

LOL.)

Thanks,

Janet

Thanks all, for your input and information. After some discussion on the

subject and a little fast footwork from yours truely, Dina has decided that

walking with me a couple times a week and a protien shake twice a day is a

better

option than Trim Spa.

I hope nobody thought that I would actually RECOMMEND diet pills! ME???!!!

I am looking

forward to this walking program myself. It will be good for both of us since

I am now back to

my old job of caregiving, which is quite sedentary most of the time.
