Hi Sara,

I was glad to see your pictures up. Thanks for letting us know. I

don't think the one was cheesy or that the other made you look like a

grinning cheshire cat, though. It must be such a relief to be able to

smile and show teeth after not being able to. I think it looks OK;

good in fact. It shows that everything is working that should be :)

You definitely have been an inspiration to me, to all of us!
